The first Will Smith Pro-Model Rail Face Blocker was such a massive success that even as the last few of the mk. 1 model were selling out, we were planning this new version.

We kept the same shape from mk. 1 because its long cut tucks deeply into you jacket or hoody, the versatile shape allows it to be worn as a scarf, chin strap, face mask or hood, allowing it to give you targeted insulation and protection on either your neck, lower face or whole head. See below for how some friends and family rock theirs. The polyester fleece material is nice and soft on the inside and won’t ever itch, yet it provides robust protection against snow, rain and cold but is breathable, allowing heat and moisture to wick away from the skin. In short, they are some of the best shred accessories we have ever used and are great for riding in and just for wearing any time the weather is grim. The RFB can be safely run on a cool wash whenever it gets stinky.

This time round, Smith opted for a looped drawstring of synthetic hemp rope, (don’t try smoking it, it’s made of plastic), with a wooden coloured plastic toggle and a wooden hippy bead. Use the lockable drawstring to achieve a snug fit around your chin, under your nose, or pull over the hood and tighten it right up, to keep out most of the weather. This allows the RFB to be worn alone or with sunnies or goggles (again, see shots below). Just set your hood and pull the drawstring tight.

The sickest woven label we have ever made, measuring 5 centimetres square is offset to the left of the face behind the drawstring. With a 12 colour tie dye design overlaid with the dalik logo and a CND ‘o’, it is really eye catching and won’t fade in the wash or sun.
